Postal Delays
Unfortunately, we cannot be held responsible for postal service delays, and orders may be subjected to customs checks.
Address Information and Returned Mail
All parcels will be sent to the shipping address provided by the customer.
Should a parcel be returned by the postal service as undeliverable, the product value will be refunded, excluding the delivery fee. The delivery fee is non-refundable.
To re-place the order, it would be required to be processed as a new order, including a delivery fee.
