Returns

Little Green Basket works to a 30 days returns policy. Please report any issues via email within 30 days from receiving your goods.

Items cannot be returned if original packaging is not in place, the item is damaged or it has been used - such as personal care or food/drink items. This is for health and hygiene reasons.

In the unfortunate event that you want to return your order, you will need to email hello@littlegreenbasket.co.uk with your order number quoted. All returns are to be sent back at your own cost.

To return any items and request a refund, please email hello@littlegreenbasket.co.uk with your order number and clear details of the reason for the refund request. Images of items may be required.

If it is established that a refund is required, after all details are clarified, payment will be made in up to 10 working days. Payments will only be returned to the card they were purchased on. No other form of refund is available.
